Heavael points are a website balance tied to your game account. They are separate from Donator points (DP). Use Heavael points in the Donator shop for listings marked Heavael Item (priced in Heavael pts).

Balances are stored on your website account and checked when you check out on the shop.

• Vote for Heavael on the server lists linked from our Vote page. When the team runs vote campaigns or callbacks, points may be credited to your account. Follow announcements on Discord for active reward periods.
• In-game, watch for staff announcements about events, competitions, and claim commands (if the server credits website Heavael points, it will match your registered username).
• Community & support: quality bug reports, tutorials, or help for players may be rewarded at staff discretion. Use Submit a Ticket when asked to report something for a reward.
• Promotions & giveaways: Discord and forum posts sometimes grant Heavael points — always follow official instructions only.

Never share your password. Staff will never ask for it. If something sounds too good to be true, it is not legitimate.

Administrators can add or remove Heavael points and DP from the Admin CP → Points system (power 5+). Use that tool for manual corrections, event prizes, and support resolutions.

Browse the shop, add Heavael items to your cart, and check out while logged in. Only Heavael pts are deducted for those rows; Donator items still use DP. Mixed carts use both balances in one checkout.
